About Aurevia

Built by clinicians who were tired of how medical travel was sold.

Aurevia began in 2012 with six staff and one operating list. What has not changed is the rule we started with: the doctor speaks to the patient before anyone quotes a price.

Two offices, because aftercare cannot happen on a different continent from the patient.

Surgery happens in Istanbul, in accredited partner hospitals with full theatre records, dedicated consultant anaesthetists and overnight monitored recovery. That is the part most clinics advertise.

The part that decides whether a result holds happens afterwards — and that is run from London, in your time zone, in your language, by nurses who keep the same patients for two years rather than passing them to a ticket queue.

We are TEMOS accredited and licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health under number 34-HT-1180. Both certificates, and our malpractice cover, are sent with every quote — before you pay anything.

We decline cases

Roughly one enquiry in six is turned down on clinical grounds. Declining costs us a booking and saves someone an operation they should not have.

We publish the bad reviews

Our review collection is automated and independent. We do not curate, gate or delay negative feedback, and we answer it publicly.

We do not pay for testimonials

No gifted procedures in exchange for content, and any commercial relationship in a patient story is labelled on the story itself.

We share your records

Operative notes, implant serial numbers, lab certificates and discharge summaries are yours on request, in English and in your own language.
