Terms & conditions
The commercial terms that apply when you book treatment with Aurevia Health Group.

Quotes and deposits
Consultations, treatment plans and quotes are free and non-binding. A written quote is valid for 60 days and fixes the package price for the plan described in it.
A deposit is taken only when you confirm a date, and is refundable in full up to 14 days before the scheduled procedure.
Changes at the clinic
The package price changes only if the clinical plan changes, and only with your written agreement before treatment proceeds. Screening findings that make treatment unsafe result in cancellation and refund, not substitution.
Medical outcomes
No procedure carries a guaranteed aesthetic outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Where AureviaAssure applies, revision cover is defined by the policy document supplied with your quote.
Governing law
Treatment contracts are governed by Turkish law; the London office contracts under the law of England and Wales. Your rights under either are unaffected by these terms.
