What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you get it deleted.

What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, country), the treatment areas you select, anything you write in the message field, and any photographs or medical documents you choose to upload.
Technical data limited to what is required to serve the site securely. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
Why we hold it
To have a clinician assess your case and reply with a written opinion and quote — the purpose you gave it to us for.
To meet medical record-keeping obligations where treatment goes ahead. Those obligations set the retention period, not our preference.
Who can see it
The coordinator assigned to you and the clinical team for the relevant unit. Medical photographs are not visible to sales or marketing staff at any point.
We do not share enquiry data with third-party advertisers, lead brokers or partner clinics outside your treatment.
Your rights
You may request a copy of everything we hold on you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, or ask for erasure where no legal retention duty applies.
Write to care@aurevia.health and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
