Before you book
Yes. Your quote covers the procedure, hospital, surgeon and anaesthetist fees, medication, four-to-eight nights in a partner hotel, all transfers, translation and the AureviaCare nurse programme. Flights are not included — we tell you that up front rather than in a footnote.
Every surgical package includes AureviaAssure. If a complication or revision is required within 24 months and is attributable to the original surgery, the corrective procedure, return flights and hotel are covered. The policy document is sent with your quote, before you pay anything.
Two to three nights for hair restoration and most dental work, five to eight nights for surgery under general anaesthetic. We never discharge you to a flight without a doctor's written fit-to-fly clearance.
A named, board-certified surgeon whose registration number appears on your quote. You can look them up before you travel. Technicians assist, but incisions, hairline design and all surgical steps are performed by the surgeon.
No. Consultation, photo review, the written treatment plan and the itemised quote are free and non-binding. A deposit is only taken once you choose a date, and it is refundable up to 14 days before surgery.
